Schedule and confirm property viewings and client meetings
Maintain and update client and property records
Prepare legal and business documents (e.g., sale agreements, lease contracts)
Support agents with day-to-day administrative needs
Coordinate with clients, lawyers, vendors, and banks
Assist in marketing tasks such as creating social media posts, flyers, and ads
Keep track of office expenses and petty cash
Follow up with clients and gather feedback after visits or meetings

Strong verbal and written communication (in English, Hindi, and regional language)

Familiarity with real estate procedures and documentation
