Back Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry , Purchase order and quotation Preparations.

• Creating and maintaining Job cards as per PO

• Maintaining important files.

• Data entry in tally for Purchases and sales

• Prepare stock statements, salary sheet etc

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
