Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: Pune
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Manage and update stock entries in the system.
• Record and maintain accounting entries for daily transactions.
• Follow up with customers for payments and maintain proper records.
• Assist in day-to-day office administration and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams as required.
• Maintain files, records, and databases in an organized manner.
Candidate Requirements:
• Qualification: Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred.
Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Office time: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
