Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident OFFICE ASSISTANT CUM TELECALLING EXECUTIVE to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining property details, and generating leads for site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers

Provide information about flats, plots, villas, pricing, and location

Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally

Schedule site visit appointments for the sales team

Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory)

Minimum qualification: Graduation
