Back Office Assistant

Job Role Overview

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to support our administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle day-to-day office duties efficiently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company records, documents, and files

• Prepare reports, summaries, and internal communication

• Assist in handling emails, calls, and documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

• Manage office inventory and stationery records

• Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks (if required)

🔹 Skills & Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred: Commerce Background)

• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally) or CRM will be an added advantage

🔹 Experience

• 0–2 years (Freshers with good computer skills may also apply)

💼 Salary

• Based on skills and experience (Negotiable)
