We are looking for a versatile Back Office Assistant who can also serve as a Cold Caller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality data while actively engaging with customers to drive business growth. You must have a balance of technical accuracy and excellent verbal communication skills.
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our services, and handle initial inquiries.
Customer Handling: Manage incoming customer calls, resolve queries professionally, and maintain positive client relationships.
Data Management: Accurately update and maintain company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Record Keeping: Organize physical and digital records for easy access and efficient retrieval.
Quality Control: Verify data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors promptly.
Reporting: Generate daily/weekly reports and summaries to assist management in decision-making.
Confidentiality: Ensure the security and privacy of sensitive company and customer information at all times.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and convincingly.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) and data entry tools.
Customer Service: Ability to handle customer rejections gracefully and maintain a polite tone.
Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
