Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations in our pharmaceutical company. The candidate will be responsible for handling invoices, billing, managing online orders, maintaining daily records in software, and should be ready to travel locally or as required. Prior experience with online billing systems and order processing is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process and generate invoices and bills for clients.
· Manage and fulfill online orders from portals or systems.
· Record and update daily work and transactions in company software - Tally Prime
· Coordinate with the sales, dispatch & other department for order processing and delivery status.
· Follow up with customers and vendors regarding payments and order updates.
· Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer communications.
· Assist in basic accounting, filing, and administrative tasks.
· Be available to travel locally as per work requirements.
· Generate reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum HSC / Graduate (Commerce or relevant stream preferred).
· 6m-3 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or order processing (pharma or FMCG industry preferred).
· Good working knowledge of billing software, Tally Prime, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
· Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
· Good communication skills in English,Hindi,Marathi.
· Must be willing to travel occasionally for office-related tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with pharmaceutical billing systems and inventory management software.
· Basic understanding of GST, invoice formats, and dispatch processes.
Salary: As per industry standards and experience
Working Hours: 9 to 5.30pm (Mon- Sat)
