Role Overview
Chai Waale is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Head
Office Operations Team in Chennai.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus
on supporting day-to-day activities, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth execution across
departments.
This is a hands-on coordination role offering exposure to all aspects of operational management —
including process optimization, quality control, reporting, and inter-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day operational activities and monitor progress to ensure timely and quality
completion of tasks.
• Manage and track inventory levels, maintain stock records, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless operations and resolve process-related
issues.
• Track and analyze operational data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation for inventory, vendor performance, and logistics coordination.
• Monitor external service providers to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support the Operations Manager in planning and implementing strategies to improve efficiency
and reduce costs.
• Prepare operational reports, assist in budget planning, and maintain MIS records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational SOPs.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Operations Department as required.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.
• A proactive and self-driven individual who works well both independently and in a team setup
