Job Responsibilities:
Billing & Invoice Preparation
Data Entry in Excel and Company Software
Stock & Inventory Record Maintenance
Order Processing and Documentation
Preparing Reports in Excel
Email Communication with Customers & Companies
Filing and Maintaining Office Documents
Coordinating with Sales Team and Warehouse
Requirements:
Graduate (B.Com/B.A./BBA or equivalent preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & Email
Good typing speed and communication skills
Honest, responsible and willing to learn
Experience in back office work will be preferred (Freshers can also apply)
