Back Office Executive – Job Description & Work Distribution
Handling day-to-day administrative and office operations efficiently
Maintaining records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
Data entry and updating information in software (Tally, Excel, ERP, etc.)
Preparing invoices, reports, and maintaining accounts-related data
Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal departments
Managing emails, calls, and official communication
Supporting front office and management with required information
Ensuring accuracy of data and timely reporting
Assisting in compliance work (GST, Income Tax, EPFO, etc.)
Handling billing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation
Maintaining confidentiality of company data and records
Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
