We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support daily legal operations, documentation, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage legal case records and documentation.
Prepare and update client files, agreements, and related documents.
Coordinate with internal legal team regarding case updates.
Maintain data entry and update records in the system.
Follow up with clients for pending documents and information.
Call customers whenever required for case updates, document collection, payment follow-ups, or clarification.
Handle email communication with clients professionally.
Maintain confidentiality of legal information and company data.
Support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic knowledge of legal documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email handling).
Ability to handle customer calls confidently and professionally.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualification:
Graduate (any stream).
Experience in legal services / back office / customer coordination is an added advantage.
