We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support daily legal operations, documentation, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage legal case records and documentation.

  • Prepare and update client files, agreements, and related documents.

  • Coordinate with internal legal team regarding case updates.

  • Maintain data entry and update records in the system.

  • Follow up with clients for pending documents and information.

  • Call customers whenever required for case updates, document collection, payment follow-ups, or clarification.

  • Handle email communication with clients professionally.

  • Maintain confidentiality of legal information and company data.

  • Support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Basic knowledge of legal documentation (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email handling).

  • Ability to handle customer calls confidently and professionally.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualification:

  • Graduate (any stream).

  • Experience in legal services / back office / customer coordination is an added advantage.
