The Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operation of the company’s internal processes. This role does not typically involve direct interaction with clients but plays a critical role in maintaining accurate records, data processing, and coordination between departments.
Data entry, processing, and verification in company systems
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records
Handle documentation, filing, and administrative support
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as required
Assist in managing company correspondence (email, letters, etc.)
Monitor inventory of office supplies and order when necessary
Support financial operations such as billing, invoicing, and record-keeping
Follow company policies and confidentiality standards
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in a back office or administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is a plus
Familiarity with database management and CRM systems
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
