Job Title: Accountant & Office Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant & Office Assistant with basic accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should be able to handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as preparing vouchers (purchase, sales, payments, receipts, etc.) and assist in general office administration. Having a two-wheeler is a plus for occasional bank visits and local errands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain vouchers (purchase, sales, payments, receipts, etc.) in Tally Prime

• Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting entries

• Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks as required

• Maintain proper filing and documentation

• Visit banks or other offices when needed (own two-wheeler is a plus)

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles

• Experience with Tally Prime

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

• Two-wheeler with a valid license (preferred)

• It is a Part Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
