Job Description

Back Office Associate handles crucial, non-client-facing administrative and operational tasks, focusing on data management (entry, accuracy, reporting), document processing (invoices, files), supporting front-office teams, and ensuring smooth internal workflows through coordination, scheduling, and record-keeping, acting as the company's operational backbone using tools like MS Office, databases, and scheduling software

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Entering, verifying, and updating data; maintaining databases; preparing reports and presentations.

  • Administrative Support: Managing files, records, and documentation; handling emails; coordinating meetings and follow-ups.

  • Operational Support: Processing orders, invoices, payments; assisting with logistics; bridging communication between departments.

  • Coordination: Liaising with vendors, clients, and internal teams; supporting front-office staff.

  • Record-Keeping: Organizing digital and physical files, ensuring compliance. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication (verbal & written), problem-solving, time management, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience: Proven administrative or back-office role experience.

  • Education: High school diploma; degree preferred.
