Maintain and update office records, documents, and data entries
Maintain Stock and Inward / Outward entries
Prepare invoices, reports, and other office paperwork
Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communication
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and staff for daily operations
Manage filing and document organization properly
Support accounts and administrative work as required
Ensure timely submission of reports and documents
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) required
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
