We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to join our team at Mabas Marine Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate with suppliers and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the purchase process.
Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.
Maintain a record of purchase/sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge, MS Excel, Purchase Knowledge, and experience with B2B Portals like IndiaMart, TradeIndia, Alibaba etc. is an added advantage.
