Job Description:

• Assist in day-to-day office operations and basic administrative tasks.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.

• Handle filing, document movement, and delivery of office correspondence.

• Support staff in meetings, refreshment arrangements, and basic logistics.

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, and record maintenance.

• Ensure proper upkeep of office equipment and pantry supplies.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Basic communication skills.

• Punctual, disciplined, and dependable.

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
