Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day management, coordination, and communication within and outside the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by the MD.

  • Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.

  • Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion.

  • Coordinate and assist in strategic planning and project tracking.

  • Manage office communication and ensure smooth workflow in the MD’s office.

  • Support HR and administrative activities as assigned.

  • Screen phone calls, emails, and messages; respond on behalf of the MD when necessary.


Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Professional behavior and confidentiality.

  • Good time management and attention to detail.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management.
