Back Office Assistant

Katariya Fashion is a reputed name in the Pune fashion industry, known for quality products and long-standing customer relationships. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our billing, filing, and backend documentation work.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, computer-savvy, and looking for a stable, full-time opportunity in a supportive work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily data entry of purchase bills in the accounting system

• Inward & outward stock entry and stock maintenance

• Purchase bill filing, checking, and record keeping

• Day-to-day accounting entries and bill handling

• Generating Purchase Orders (POs) as required

• Maintaining bills, vouchers, and supporting documents systematically

• Coordination with accounts and store teams for accurate entries

• Ensuring timely, accurate, and error-free data updates

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting and data entry

• Familiarity with purchase bills, invoices, and stock entries

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel preferred)

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage daily routine work efficiently

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
