Key Responsibilities :
● Handling end-to-end insurance claim files and ensuring timely processing.
● Client coordination, follow-ups and policy-related support.
● Preparing, updating & maintaining documentation and MIS.
● Managing emails, customer queries, and communication with insurance partners.
● Supporting day-to-day office operations and customer engagement
Qualifications :
● Graduate in any discipline.
● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emailing).
● Good communication & coordination skills.
● Prior experience in insurance/claims will be an added advantage.
