Key Responsibility
· Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative support
· Maintain and update records, files, and databases
· Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation as required
· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
· Handle email communication, data entry, and follow-ups
· Ensure proper filing of documents and confidentiality of data
