Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Back Office Executive to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, Tally, and general back-office functions. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage day-to-day challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and back-office operations.

  • Maintain records, documentation, and data entry with accuracy.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office tools.

  • Handle accounting entries, invoicing, and financial documentation using Tally.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and support operational tasks.

  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and client queries professionally.

  • Assist in inventory management, billing, and vendor coordination.

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain work quality.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong command of Tally and basic accounting principles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.

  • Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.

  • Prior experience in back-office or administrative roles preferred.
