We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Back Office Executive to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, Tally, and general back-office functions. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage day-to-day challenges efficiently.
Manage daily administrative and back-office operations.
Maintain records, documentation, and data entry with accuracy.
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office tools.
Handle accounting entries, invoicing, and financial documentation using Tally.
Coordinate with internal departments and support operational tasks.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and client queries professionally.
Assist in inventory management, billing, and vendor coordination.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain work quality.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong command of Tally and basic accounting principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
Prior experience in back-office or administrative roles preferred.
