Job Role (What you will do):
Calling clients for follow-ups (tele-calling)
Updating customer data and records
Working on MS Excel (basic work)
Helping in insurance policy login & processing
Handling day-to-day back office work
Coordinating with team and clients
Requirements (What we need):
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati)
Comfortable in calling and talking to clients
Basic understanding of insurance (preferred, not compulsory)
Smart, responsible, and willing to learn
