Back Office Assistant

We are looking for a Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Excel and Advanced Excel, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data with accuracy and speed.

• Work extensively with MS Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation.

• Perform regular data backups and maintain data confidentiality.

• Generate reports and dashboards as per business requirements.

• Assist in maintaining organized records of all data entry and file systems.

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

• Troubleshoot basic computer or software-related issues, when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a data entry operator or computer operator.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Advanced Excel.

• Strong typing skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Minimum educational qualification: +12 /Graduate /Diploma Holder.
