As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist in product-related inquiries, and work to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Make outbound calls to potential customers, existing clients, or leads, introducing products/services.
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Identify and resolve customer issues or complaints through effective communication.
Document and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
