Job Title: Production Assistant & Back Office Support Executive

Company: Finishing Pointe Location: Hyderabad Experience: 06 months to 2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Finishing Pointe is seeking a proactive and responsible Production Assistant & Back Office Support Executive to handle print production coordination, material dispatch, billing submissions, payment collections, and daily operational field activities.

This role requires frequent movement across the city for client visits, vendor coordination, and material handling.


Key Responsibilities

Print Production & Coordination

  • Coordinate with printing vendors for production timelines

  • Monitor print quality and quantity before dispatch

  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials (brochures, banners, standees, etc.)

  • Maintain production tracking records


Dispatch & Field Operations

  • Handle dispatch of print materials to clients and media offices

  • Submit bills/invoices to clients

  • Follow up for payment collections

  • Visit printers, clients, and vendors for coordination

  • Maintain inward & outward material records

Billing & Payment Support

  • Track submitted invoices

  • Maintain payment follow-up sheet

  • Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation

Back Office Support

  • Maintain documentation and records

  • Manage courier dispatch and vendor database

  • Support operations team in daily administrative tasks

Mandatory Requirement

Candidate must own a two-wheeler (Bike is compulsory) Valid driving license required


Required Skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

  • Good communication skills (Telugu mandatory, basic English preferred)

  • Strong follow-up and coordination ability

  • Responsible, punctual, and field-ready


Preferred Candidate

  • Male candidates preferred (field-intensive role)

  • Experience in advertising agency / printing / media field is an added advantage

  • Freshers with high energy and commitment can also apply
