Job Summary

Sneha Nursery is seeking a proactive Nursery Administrative Executive to

manage daily operations, customer interactions, and inventory records efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling phone inquiries, maintaining

data in Excel, overseeing stock and production sheets, and ensuring smooth

coordination between staff and management. The role requires excellent

organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative tools

like Excel and Vyapar.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer & Communication Management

• Handle daily phone inquiries from farmers and customers.

• Provide accurate product availability and pricing details.

• Ensure prompt follow-ups and maintain excellent customer service.

2. Data & Record Maintenance

• Maintain daily logs of customer interactions and inquiries in Excel.

• Update and manage the Production Sheet to track plant growth cycles.

• Maintain an up-to-date Stock Maintenance Sheet to monitor inventory

levels.

3. Operational & Staff Coordination

• Maintain daily attendance records for nursery staff.

• Coordinate with the production team and manager to ensure smooth

operations.

• Assist in workforce planning and task allocation based on operational

needs.

4. Order & Billing Management

• Manage and update the Order Sheet to track customer requests and

deliveries.

• Process invoices and maintain financial records using the Vyapar

application.

• Verify and reconcile bills, ensuring timely payments and accuracy.

5. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor nursery stock, ensuring adequate supply of plants, fertilizers, and

materials.

• Report low-stock levels and coordinate restocking with the purchasing

team.

• Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing nursery supplies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field

(preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in nursery,

agriculture, or retail.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, data management, and reporting.

• Familiarity with Vyapar billing software or willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
