Job Responsibilities:
Handle and maintain project documentation and records.
Perform accurate data entry and update Excel sheets regularly.
Maintain client and project data in company systems.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and technical, sales, and installation teams to share updates, collect documents, and track project status.
Schedule and follow up on installation dates, meetings, and site visits.
Prepare quotations, proposals, letters, and project/ office documents.
Support day-to-day backend operations and administrative tasks.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, MS power point and especially Excel.
Basic computer knowledge.
Attention to detail and good organization.
Ability to multitask and manage workload.
Eligibility:
Graduation in any stream.
Skilled Freshers are welcome.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
