Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Back Office Assistant to support our administrative and operational teams. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth business operations, such as data management, documentation, processing requests, and coordinating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company databases and records.
Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Assist in processing invoices, orders, and other transactions.
Manage emails, correspondence, and internal communications.
Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
Support HR and finance teams with documentation and reporting.
Coordinate with front office staff to ensure seamless workflow.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
