Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, update calendars, schedule meetings, and comfortable in travel.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. must have a professional attitude,open minded and be an expert in written and reading in English.
