Job Requirements — Back Office Assistant
Graduate or equivalent practical experience.
0–3 years experience in back-office, operations, or administrative roles.
Strong data entry accuracy; routine use of Google Sheets.
Working knowledge of MS Excel functions (basic formulas, sorting, filters).
Basic accounting understanding; Tally exposure preferred.
Ability to record invoices, bills, payments, and simple reconciliations.
Basic social media handling capability: posting, updates, coordination.
Organized record-keeping; document control discipline.
Ability to follow defined processes without supervision.
Consistent attention to detail; low error tolerance.
Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with repetitive operational tasks.
Office-based availability; standard business hours.
