Key Responsibilities:
Commerce background mandatory
Provide administrative & organizational support for daily operations
Manage schedules, meetings, and communications
Draft and format correspondence, legal, and business documents
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Coordinate with clients, government departments, and office staff
Handle digital and physical filing systems
Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and task progress
Assist with travel arrangements, billing, and diary management
Must be well-organized and fluent in English
Proficient in MS Office and PDF tools
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Maintain office kitchen
Must be careful and responsible when dealing with confidential matters
