About the Role:
We are a solar installation company based in Siliguri, serving homes and businesses. We are looking for a Back Office Coordinator to manage quotations, government subsidy paperwork, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations based on data provided by the field sales team
File and follow up on government subsidy applications until approval
Coordinate with vendors for material ordering and delivery
Follow up on pending client payments
Maintain accurate, updated records
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in back office, admin, or coordination work
Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business)
Reliable and consistent
Based in Siliguri
