Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Management Executive who can manage end-to-end client projects, coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely delivery, and support internal operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Project Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, timelines, and requirements.

  • Understand client needs and convert them into actionable tasks for the internal team.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for approvals, clarifications, and feedback.

  • Prepare project progress reports and share weekly updates with clients.

  • Handle client escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Internal Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Accounts, Operations, Sales, etc.) for project execution.

  • Assign tasks to internal team members and ensure clear workflow communication.

  • Track progress of internal work and maintain proper documentation.

  • Maintain project dashboards, Excel sheets, trackers, and reports.

  • Assist in process improvement and help streamline internal operations.

  • Ensure quality check before delivering any project to clients.

Administrative & Support Tasks

  • Schedule meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and share action items.

  • Maintain project-related documents, agreements, and communication logs.

  • Support internal activities like reporting, compliance, and coordination tasks.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or any relevant field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management (freshers with strong skills can also apply).

  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project tracking tools (Trello/Asana/Notion preferred).

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism while communicating with clients.

  • Capability to work independently as well as in a team.
