Job Description

  • Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
  • Handle day to day office activities
  • Answer phone calls and manage emails
Experience in the office furniture industry (sales, back-office, or customer support).
Generate and manage leads through IndiaMART, Justdial
Attend walk-in customers at the showroom, assist them with product details, and support in closing sales.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to convert inquiries into orders.
Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and proposals with clients.
Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders, and follow-ups in company databases.
Assist in preparing billing, invoices, and necessary documentation for completed orders.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and back-end coordination.
Maintain strong communication with clients to build long-term business relationships.
Handle general office tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
