We are hiring a detail-focused Back Office Assistant for Anjaneya Sarees in Surat at Puna Patiya. This role involves managing essential data processes, listing the product, packing and return process accuracy, and providing administrative support. ➢ Listing of products on the market place ( Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio)
➢ Verification of products
➢ Order & return processing
➢ Preparing template for different market places.
➢ Handling issues of the products (Case logging on market places)Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.

➢Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve promptly.

➢Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.

➢Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.

➢Generate and present reports to internal teams for informed decision-making.

➢Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

Applicants must have 12th Pass with fresher years in Data Entry or Back Office work, demonstrating proficiency in Computer Knowledge, MS Excel, Data Entry, > 30 WPM Typing Speed.
