A Liaisoning Associate is responsible for coordinating and maintaining relationships with government departments, external agencies, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of approvals, documentation, and compliance-related work.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with government offices, municipal corporations, and regulatory authorities.
Handle documentation, licenses, permits, and approvals.
Follow up on pending applications and compliance matters.
Maintain proper records of files, approvals, and correspondence.
Communicate with clients and internal departments for required documents and updates.
Ensure timely completion of statutory and legal formalities.
Visit offices/field locations when required.
Prepare reports and status updates for management.
