Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support front-end operations, manage client files, coordinate with banks and clients, and ensure smooth internal processes for home loan disbursals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client files, documents, and loan application data in the system.
Coordinate between clients, sales executives, and bank relationship managers.
Track and update the status of loan applications, follow up on pending documents.
Handle data entry, document verification, and file processing work.
Ensure compliance with bank norms and internal documentation standards.
Maintain accurate records of disbursal pipelines and loan application progress.
Generate MIS reports and update loan tracking sheets on a daily/weekly basis.
Support the sales team with backend operational needs.
Coordinate appointments, email correspondence, and back-end logistics.
✅ Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (Commerce preferred)
1–3 years of experience in a back office role
Proficient in MS Excel, G-shert, Canva and Email-Outlook communication
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication in Hindi & English
