Position: Office Assistant

Number of Vacancies: 1

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Salary Range: Between ₹ 1,50,000-00 to ₹ 1,80,000-00 depending on skill.

Skills Required: Good Microsoft Office, Basic accounting & bookkeeping knowledge, Communication & Coordination skills.

Qualifications Requirement: B Com OR B. A.

The individual will have primary responsibilities that include maintaining, coordinating dispatches and related tasks will also form part of the job description. Office coordination/dispatch work will be necessary. Some procurement responsibilities will also be assigned to the role, albeit to a limited extent. The job profile entails activities such as:

o Bookkeeping & basic accounting (petty cash, vouchers, files management)

o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

o Following up with customers for payments

o Coordinating and overseeing dispatches, transport, and loading

o Office coordination & maintenance support
