Job Summary:
We are looking for a sharp and proactive Associate Busiess Development Manager to handle client communication, manage project setups, and ensure smooth day-to-day project monitoring and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Manage daily client emails with timely, professional, and clear responses.
Project Setup: Onboard and add new client projects into the company workflow system.
Project Monitoring: Closely track ongoing projects daily to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Project Operations: Supervise daily tasks, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Requirements:
Experience: 0–1 years in project coordination, client servicing, or a similar role.
Skills: Excellent written English (business email etiquette) and strong multitasking abilities.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, professional email, and basic project management tools.
