The Store Executive is responsible for managing inventory, handling inward and outward materials, maintaining stock records, and ensuring smooth store operations while following company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain proper documentation
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods
Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment
Conduct regular physical stock verification
Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and site teams
Report damages, shortages, and discrepancies immediately
Follow company procedures for inventory control
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory systems
Good organizational and communication skills
