Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve processes, and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities
• Ensure efficiency in processes and workflow management
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks
• Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports
• Handle vendor coordination and basic compliance requirements
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in operations or a similar role
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of reporting, documentation, and MIS
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
