Assistant Operations Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily hospital operations, ensure service quality, and coordinate with clinical & non-clinical teams for smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and assist the Operations Manager.

•Ensure patient satisfaction, service quality, and timely delivery of care.

•Coordinate with departments: nursing, medical, housekeeping, front office, security, etc.

•Monitor compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards (NABH/JCI).

•Support in budgeting, MIS reports, staff scheduling, and training.

•Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

•Strong knowledge of hospital administration & healthcare operations.

•Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•Familiarity with hospital ERP/software.
