About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily hospital operations, ensure service quality, and coordinate with clinical & non-clinical teams for smooth functioning.

Key Responsibilities

·         Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and assist the Operations Manager.

·         Ensure patient satisfaction, service quality, and timely delivery of care.

·         Coordinate with departments: nursing, medical, housekeeping, front office, security, etc.

·         Monitor compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards (NABH/JCI).

·         Support in budgeting, MIS reports, staff scheduling, and training.

·         Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

·         Strong knowledge of hospital administration & healthcare operations.

·         Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Familiarity with hospital ERP/software.
