Drive business growth through customer acquisition, servicing, and cross-selling while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for CASA (Current & Savings Accounts).
Sell and cross-sell retail banking products (personal loans, credit cards, mutual funds, insurance, etc.).
Ensure KYC and regulatory compliance during account opening.
Handle branch operations, service requests, and customer escalations.
Achieve business and revenue targets set by the bank.
Build strong customer relationships for long-term business.
Support branch team in daily operations and audits.
