The Estate Manager & Operations Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day hotel operations. This position is responsible for managing inventory, supervising housekeeping staff, and coordinating service operations, including supporting Captain-level responsibilities. The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across all rooms and public areas.
Manage inventory levels for housekeeping, service supplies, and hotel operational materials.
Conduct regular stock checks, maintain purchase records, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
Supervise team members, assign tasks, and ensure all duties are completed on schedule.
Support the service captain in managing restaurant service, table allocation, and guest handling when required.
Coordinate with front office, kitchen, and management teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Train new staff members to maintain service quality and operational discipline.
Identify operational gaps and assist in improving efficiency and guest experience.
