Job Description – Marketing Coordinator
Responsible for executing marketing strategies, coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and assisting with content creation and social media management.
Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination:
Coordinate and manage various marketing campaigns, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and digital promotions.
Fill the Gap between Customer to Field Team to Dealer to Internal Dept for to Clear entire round from Lead Generate to Order execution
Liaise with stakeholders regularly to understand requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure alignment with their goals.
Coordinate events, promotions, and product launches, ensuring successful execution.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with internal teams and to ensure the successful execution of marketing activities.
Use various tools to keep track of marketing activities, deadlines, and approvals.
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Tracking:
Manage budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost-effective marketing activities.
Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
Other Activities:
Assist in preparing quotations, sales contracts, and pricing strategies.
Maintain and update customer database, sales trackers, and forecast reports.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Quotation Fallup, Negotiation & Convince client techno-commercial.
Proficiency in English communication – both verbal & written.
Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel – advance Excel, PPT, Outlook & Social Media.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant fie
