Job Mode: Onsite
Shift Timings: 12 PM to 9 PM (Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities :
- Receive, sort and coordinate incoming calls / mail / courier.
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office, bank and other work as required.
- Maintain office files and storage systems, fax, scan and copy documents.
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, meetings or events etc for the upper management and staff.
- Handle accounts related activities and petty cash.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Manage reception and provide general support to the visitors.
- Assist in planning and arranging events including organising catering.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
