We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Executive with at least 5 years of experience in administrative support, back-office operations, and CRM system handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, data management, and supporting internal teams with accurate documentation and coordination using CRM tools.
Manage day-to-day administrative and office management tasks.
Handle and maintain CRM systems for lead tracking, client communications, and data entry.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and support functions.
Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, and other official documentation.
Manage vendor relationships and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel and logistics.
Assist in HR and onboarding documentation for new employees.
Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative processes.
Provide back-office support to operations, finance, and customer service teams.
Minimum 5 years of experience in admin and back-office roles.
Hands-on experience with CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
