Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Industry: Jewellery Showroom
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day showroom operations and administrative activities.
Maintain and organize showroom records, documents, and files.
Coordinate with sales staff and management for smooth functioning.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Manage office correspondence, emails, and administrative documentation.
Support the management team in operational and coordination tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Administration, Coordination, or Back Office Operations.
Prior experience in a Jewellery Showroom will be preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
